We’re celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2020!

This week we’re getting our Apprentices fired up by launching a photo competition.

We’re asking our Apprentices to share the most exciting and inspirational pictures of them in action and making an impact at work and the Engineering Academy. These will be showcased on our social media sites throughout the week and the Apprentice whose photo has received the most likes, shares and comments, will receive a mystery prize! The winner will be announced at 3pm on Friday 7th February 2020.

Today’s entry is from Brad, a 4th year apprentice at Grain Power Station checking and calibrating a temperature transmitter. Brad is coming to the end of his Apprenticeship having spent 2 years completing a BTEC Level 3 and enhancement courses at the Engineering Academy and his final 2 years completing an NVQ. He’s thoroughly enjoyed his programme and the valuable skills it has given him for a fulfilling career. He’s looking forward to becoming a permanent member of the team at Grain and continuing his learning for years to come! If you’d like Brad to win our photo competition, please like, share or comment on social media!

If you’re an employer and would like to find out more about our apprenticeships then there’s plenty of information on our website, alternatively, please come along to one of our open days!
