Engineering Academy looks to enhance its digital learning solutions with a new key appointment

The Engineering Academy (EA) has appointed Mark Nathan Willetts as their new Digital Learning Specialist.

Mark joined Uniper earlier this month (March 2020) in a newly created position. As the EA’s Digital Learning Specialist, Mark will have responsibility for developing the organisation’s digital capabilities and implementing tools and resources to enhance the learning experience of those participating in training programmes across the Academy’s specialist onsite facilities, and remotely.

By continuing to work closely with their customers and partners across energy related industries, Mark will assist the team to create new, innovative learning and development products that support customers with their future skill requirements.

Commenting on the new appointment, Nick Booth, Head of the Engineering Academy, said:

“We are really pleased to welcome Mark to the Engineering Academy. We are embarking on an ambitious programme to create new and enhanced training offerings, building upon the nationally recognised learning and development solutions that we currently deliver to the utility, manufacturing and heavy industry sectors. Mark brings huge experience and enthusiasm to drive how we innovate new products to meet our customer’s digital training needs, both in terms of methods of delivery and the roll out of new digital technologies”.
