Course Overview

This course is for delegates relatively new to a supervisory role. 

Delegates will learn about the importance of the role and responsibilities of Supervisors and some key skills required to perform the role effectively.

The course will enable Supervisors to understand key EHS elements of their role to include skills to plan, organise, implement, monitor and manage work.

Delegates will learn how they can influence people and their behaviour at work.  They will understand why knowledge of human factors and perception is important.
